Where does the promo apply?
Exclusively for heating oil purchases from Shell gas stations through a call to 18330* or through the form. For Attica region you can also call at 210 2852071.
*Local charge for calls from OTE fixed network. For the other fixed or mobile telephony networks, the charge is made according to the price list of the corresponding fixed or mobile telephony provider.
When is the promo valid?
The promo is valid exclusively from 15/10/2025 till 30/11/2025.
Which cards does the promo apply to?
For all Piraeus cards participating in the Yellow Rewards Program.
What do you earn?
The profit for every €1 transaction, for the heating oil purchase worth €500 or more, with a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program, corresponds to:
- 30 yellows (6% in yellows), with credit or prepaid card
- 15 yellows (3% in yellows), with debit card.
Which transactions are included in the draw?
In the promo are included all heating oil purchases (one-off or in installments), worth 500€ or more, that will be carried out during the promo period by calling 18330 or through the form, using Piraeus cards participating in the Rewards Program.
Transactions that have been canceled or disputed by the Member, due to the loss or theft of the card, carried out up to the date of the Member's declaration of the loss or theft and consequently the cancelation of the card, do not participate in the promo.
Transactions made with a credit card as interest-free installments will be counted as one transaction, as long as the initial transaction is made during the promo.
Therefore, the clearing of installments of previous months' transactions are not included in the draw.
When will you get the yellows of the promo?
The Member’s account will be credited with yellows within 5 days after the transaction has been cleared.
When will the draw take place?
The draw will take place on 12/12/2025, at the Bank's offices, 11 Amarousiou Chalandriou & Heimaras str, Marousi, T.K 151 25, using an automated system and specially designed software, which ensures the integrity of the process and the absence of human intervention.
When will the yellows be credited to the winner?
The yellows will be credited to the winner within 5 days from the date of the draw.
How will the lucky winner of the draw be notified?
The lucky winner of the draw will be informed by:
a) push notification, if he has activated the notifications in the Yellow application, and with an in-app message (if he is user of the Yellow application)
b) SMS to the phone number he has declared for communication purposes within the Program and
c) any other convenient way chosen by the Bank.
What are the conditions for a member to collect the promo yellows?
Necessary conditions for a member to collect the promo yellows are, at the time of the transaction and the reception of the yellows, the lucky ones to:
a) retain the status of an active Member of the Bank's Program, based on the terms of operation of the Program,
b) meet the other conditions for participation in the Program.
The Bank, reserving all its other rights, is entitled to refuse the rewarding of the yellows to a Member that, in its reasonable judgment, has violated the present conditions.
General terms
The transaction has to be made within the duration of the promo and the amount must be paid by using a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program.
Otherwise the Member will collect yellows, in accordance to the applicable Program Terms for purchase transactions in a Program’s Partner using cards of the Bank participating in the Rewards Program, for transactions not made within the duration of the promo.
The maximum monthly number of yellows that a Member may earn by using a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program, in accordance with the Program Terms, does not apply to the additional yellows that will be earned during the promo.
Piraeus Bank reserves the right to remove yellows, that will be awarded under the promo, from Members, in case a suspicion of fraudulent use is detected aiming to earn and redeem a large number of yellows.
Program Members are entitled to proceed with any dispute/objection request regarding the award of yellows within the framework of the promo, within a period of 6 months from the transaction to which the dispute/objection relates.
The participants accept that the personal data that will be legally collected by the Bank in the context of the promo, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of the draw.
With regard to the rights of the subjects of personal data vis-à-vis the Bank as the Controller, the specifics mentioned in the information sheet “Information on General Data Protection Regulation” which is posted on the Bank's website www.piraeusbank.gr apply, and is an integral part of the promo terms.
Members, who do not wish to take part in the draws, can notify the Bank's customer service on 2103288000.
The Bank reserves the right to cancel the draw, to replace yellows with other prizes of its choice or to change any condition of the draws at any time, if this is required, at its reasonable discretion and for any reason of emergency.
In any such case, the Bank will publish these changes by any suitable means, including the announcement through printed or electronic media, if this is required, at its reasonable discretion.
In any such case, the participants in the promo do not acquire for this reason any right to compensation, nor do they have any other claim from the Bank.
The above terms are governed by Greek Law.
For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent to deal with them.
As regards the Yellow Application, its terms of use apply, and as regards the Bank's Yellow Rewards Program, its terms of operation apply, as they apply from time to time.
