Terms and Conditions

Where does the promo apply?

At "Media Markt" or "Public MediaMarkt" network (dual brand store) stores, as well as the online store www.mediamarkt.gr.

When is the promo valid?

The promo is valid exclusively from 03/10/2022 till 13/10/2022.

What do you earn?

The profit corresponds to 100 yellows, for every €1 transaction with cards participating in the Rewards Program, for the purchase of Laptops & Desktops worth €499 or more and/or Printers worth €99 or more.
Prerequisites for the Member to earn the yellows of this promo, are:
a) to charge the value of the Laptop or Desktop or Printer, on only one card and not more and
b) the products should be marked as "immediately available" and not as "available upon order".
The action also concerns consumers who are entitled by law to VAT exemption. (Article 39 of VAT Code).

Which cards does the promo apply to?

All Piraeus Bank cards participating in the Rewards Program.

What is excluded?

This promo does not apply:

• to transactions related to purchases of Apple products,
• to transactions carried out via the electronic platform entitled "Public Marketplace" or the "Klarna" electronic service, since the above transactions are carried out between third parties,
• in conjunction with the use of discount cards/gift vouchers or in conjunction with any other discount, offer or privilege, except:
  a) the discount offered by the stores, in which case the final price is clearly indicated with a distinct deletion of the initial price, as well as
  b) the vouchers granted by a subsidized program under the title "Digital Care".

For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly pointed out that this promo includes all products belonging to the categories of laptops and/or desktops (except for accessories and non-accessories thereof as well as Apple products) each valued at €499 and above, as well as in the category of printers each with a value of €99 or more, even if these are included in product groups for sale ("bundle"). However, it is expressly pointed out that, in case of purchase of a group of products for sale, which includes both products belonging to one and/or more of the above three (3) categories (laptops and/or desktops and/or printers), as well as other products (which do not belong to the above categories), the promo is not applied to the rest of the products, but only to the products that belong to the above three (3) categories.
Similarly, for the avoidance of doubt, it is pointed out that the promo includes all products belonging to the categories of laptops and desktops (except for accessories and non-accessories thereof as well as Apple products) valued at €499 or more each, even when for the purchase are used coupons granted by a subsidized program under the title "Digital Care". In this case, the yellows that the Member earns in the context of this promo correspond to 20% of the final value of the product that will be charged to the card (after deducting the value of the coupon)

When will you get the yellows of the promo?

The Member’s account will be credited with yellows in 2 stages, depending on the card used, as follows:

General Terms

The transaction has to be made within the duration of this promo and the amount must be repaid using a credit, debit or prepaid card of Piraeus Bank participating in the Rewards Program.
Otherwise the Member will collect yellows, in accordance to the applicable Program Terms for purchase transactions in a Program’s Partner using cards of the Bank participating in the Rewards Program, for transactions not made within the duration of the promo.
The maximum monthly number of yellows that a Member may earn by using a Piraeus Bank card participating in the Rewards Program, in accordance with the Program Terms, does not apply to the additional yellows that will be earned during the promo.
Piraeus Bank reserves the right to remove yellows awarded under the promo from Members, in case a suspicion of fraudulent use is detected, aiming to earn and redeem a large number of yellows.
Members, in order to be rewarded with the yellows of the promo, should:
a) retain the “Active” status of Member of the Bank's yellow Rewards Program during the promo and the at the date of the rewarding &
b) meet all requirements of yellow Rewards Program, regarding the collection and redemption of yellows.
