Terms & Conditions of Yellow only Freenow vouchers

• Τhe Yellow only voucher is valid till XX/XX/2026 and can be entered in the Freenow app under the "Coupons and Offers" section up to that date.
• Once the Yellow only voucher code is registered in the Freenow app, it can be used for a route within the following 30 days.
• The 5€ Yellow only voucher can be applied to a single taxi route booked and paid through the Freenow app.
• It is valid for routes in all cities in Greece where Freenow operates (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion, Kavala, Katerini, and Chersonissos).
• Each Yellow only voucher can be used only once and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other offers.
• Redemption of the Yellow only voucher is automatic during payment via the Freenow app, provided it has been previously entered and selected in the "Coupons and Offers" section.
• If multiple Yellow only vouchers have been added to the "Coupons and Offers" section, the one with the earliest expiration date will be applied by default, unless another voucher is manually selected.
• The Yellow only voucher is used in full and in a single transaction for the total amount of 5€.
• If the route costs less than 5€, the remaining balance of the Yellow only voucher will expire and cannot be carried over to a future route.
• After 30 days from the date of registration in the Freenow app, the Yellow only voucher code will be deleted from the app.
• Freenow is not responsible for taxi availability.
• In case of loss, theft, or expiration, the Yellow only voucher will not be replaced.
