What is the yellow business Rewards Program?

yellow business rewards the Individual Enterprises and Professionals with yellows (points), for the possession and use of specific business products and services of the Bank.

What are yellows?

yellows are the "points" you earn by making your daily transactions and payments as a member of the Program

What is the yellow Account?

It is the account where the yellows are collected from both your personal and business transactions.

It is the account where the yellows are collected from your business transactions.

Do my yellows expire?

yellows expire in one (1) year from the acquisition date.

How can I change the contact email I provided to the Program?

The contact email was provided during your registration to the Program. Any modification (deletion/change) can only be made through Piraeus Bank branches.

Does my enrolment to the Program cost?

Enrolment is free.

What is the yellow Code?

yellow Code is the unique code that is issued during your registration in the Program and it is sent via a welcome newsletter to your email and via SMS* to the mobile phone you have declared at your registration to the Program. You can use it for your identification in yellow business, where needed, but also to secure exclusive offers to the Partners of the Program.

* Legal Entities are excluded because they only receive welcome newsletter.

Where can I find the yellow Code?

I have an Individual Enterprise / I am a Professional and I am registered in yellow. How can I register in yellow business?

Once you are enroled in the yellow Program and you have a Business Debit or Business Credit card that participates in the Program, your enrolment in the yellow business is done automatically. In case you do not have any of these cards in your possession, please visit a Bank's branch.

Earn yellows

Whilst I am a Member of the Program, why do I not earn yellows?

For the collection of yellows, one of the basic Terms of the Program is that there is no delay in payment of your loan obligations to the Bank, longer than sixty (60) calendar days.

I have an Individual Enterprise / I am a Professional and I am a yellow business Member. Do I also benefit from the yellow Program of Individuals?

Yes. You earn yellows from both your personal and business transactions and the yellows are collected in the same yellow Account.

I have an Individual Enterprise / I am a Professional and I am a yellow Program Member. How can I earn from yellow business?

If you have a Business Debit or Business Credit card, then you automatically earn yellows from your business transactions within the yellow business Program.

I pay the salaries of my employees through the Bank. Will I receive 100 yellows per month for each salary?

You will receive 100 yellows per month regardless of the number of payments made.

If the payroll package is not executed for one month, will I receive yellows?

For this month, you will not receive the 100 yellows.

While my Business Loan has been disbursed, I have not yet received the yellows. Why might this have happened?

As long as you are a yellow business Member, you receive the yellows after the first 15 days of the next calendar month from the day of your business loan disbursement.

I am a Legal Entity and my employees use Business Debit cards for the Company’s transactions. Will everyone earn yellows?

Each card earns separately yellows, which are collected in the yellow Account of the Legal Entity.

After the successful completion of the accommodation reservation, through yellowholidays.gr, I did not receive the yellows I earned. Why might this have this happen?

This may have happened for the following reasons:

  • the yellow Code or the mobile phone* that you stated during your registration in the yellow Program has not been entered correctly during the reservation or
  • 70 days have not passed since your check out.

* Legal Entities should state only the yellow Code and not the mobile phone number.

Redeem yellows

Since I am a Program Member, why can’t I redeem yellows?

For the redemption of yellows, one of the main Terms of the Program is not to delay payment of your loan obligations to the Bank, for more than sixty (60) calendar days.

In what order are the yellows redeemed?

yellows are redeemed from the yellow Account based on their registration date from the oldest to the most recent.

How many yellows can I redeem?

  • In the  POS of the Program Partners you can redeem all or part of the yellows that you have earned.

In detail, if you use a Card participating in the Program:

  1. On each purchase, you can redeem as many yellows as you have available in the yellow Account.
  2. If the available balance of your yellows is enough for the whole purchase and you choose to redeem them all, then your Card will not be charged at all (when the Member pays with wallet, the total redemption of yellows is not supported).
  3. If the available balance of your yellows is not enough for the whole purchase and you just want to reduce the buying price, you can do so by redeeming part of your available yellows.
  • In yellow only vouchers* that you can get from the Bank's branches and yellow app*, you redeem the corresponding amount in yellows and you do not need to use a Bank Card.
  • In Discount Offers* that you can get from yellow app, you redeem the corresponding amount in yellows and you do not need to use a Bank Card.

*Only for Individual Enterprises and Professionals.

Can yellow only vouchers be cancelled?

Yes. They can be cancelled, as long as the period of three (3) months has not elapsed from the date of their acquisition.
Upon cancellation, the yellows are returned to the Member's yellow Account.

Where can I get information about the yellow only vouchers that I have?
Can I redeem yellows at Partners’ POS with all the Business Debit cards of the Legal Entity?

Redemption can only be made with the cards that the Legal Representative has designated, during the enrolment in the Program.

How do I find out about the yellows I have available?

Can I see in detail my transaction history as a Member of the Program?

In detail, your transactions’ history of the Program is available:

  • by calling at +30 210 32 88 000 (for registered Customers of winbank phone banking)

What information do I see in my transaction history of the Program?

You can see:

  • transaction date
  • transaction type (eg earning, redemption of yellows, etc.)
  • description (eg transaction with Debit Card / Trader Name, etc.)
  • the number of yellows you earned or redeemed

Where can I find the expiration date of my yellows?

Individual Enterprises/Professionals

You can find the expiration date of your yellows for the next 3 month period, through:
  • winbank web banking service:You login winbank web banking service with your username and password and in 3 simple steps you may check when your yellows expire.
  • In detail:

    1. Press the icon with your available yellows
    2. Select the "yellows To expire" icon located next to the "Transactions History" icon
    3. Select the Time Period you want and click "Search"

  • yellow app: At your Profil, in the “Expires soon” category, you can see the yellows that expire soon

In both services, the details that appear are:

  • yellows expiration date
  • The transaction they were earned from
  • Acquisition date.

How can I find out how much money can I save by redeeming yellows at Partners POS?

During your visit to a Program Partner and by making a purchase, with a card participating in the Program, you are getting informed about the yellows you have available for redemption and how much money you save.
You can also visit the Partner page that interests you, use the yellow calculator and find out, easily and quickly, how much money you save!

Do all Program Partners have yellow only vouchers?

You may visit the Program Partners’ page in order to be informed about the Partners which you can get yellow only vouchers from.

Do all Partner stores participate in the Program?

You may visit Program Partners’ page in order to be informed about the participating stores of each and every Partner of the Program.

Do all Partners have yellow offers?

You may visit Program Partners’ page in order to be informed about the yellow offers of the Program’s Partners.

What is yellow app?

yellow app is the application for smartphones of the Piraeus Bank yellow Rewards Program, that is available for Individual Enterprises & Professionals who are yellow members. Legal Entities are excluded .
Please note that the app’s menu is available only in Greek language.
Through the easy-to-use menu of yellow app, you have access to:

  • your yellow Account,
  • the news of the Program,
  • unique offers for yellows’ collection and redemption,
  • yellow Offers and information just for you.

What are the requirements for installation and log into the application?

  • Be a Member of the yellow Rewards Program*.
  • Be registered in winbank, the E-Banking service.
  • Have a mobile phone with Android or iOS operating system.

yellow app is available in GooglePlay and AppStore, for free.

*The first login to the app must be carried out 2 days after your registration to the Program.

How do I log in to the application?

In order to log in to the application for the first time, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter the credentials you use to log in to the winbank e-Banking service (Username & Password).
  2. A secure code (extraPIN) will be sent to you via Viber or SMS.
  3. Enter the extraPIN on the relevant screen that opens, if your device does not support autofill.

Having been successfully identified with the above process, you will be asked to accept the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy and to set:

  • A 4-digit personal password (quick login PIN*) and
  • Optionally, your biometric data (Face Identification or Fingerprint), if supported by your device.

You will now be able to connect to the application easily, quickly and securely.

*Note: The quick login pin applies only to the yellow app sign in, not the winbank

What can I find in the application?

  1. Your Profile and specifically:
    • Your yellows (earned, redeemed and those that expire soon), as well as your yellow transactions.
    • Your Coupons.
    • Your personal information, as stated during your enrollment in the yellow Program: Name, telephone, e-mail, yellow Code, date of enrollment in the Program. For any change in this information, you can visit a Piraeus Bank branch.
  2. The section For You, with the news of the yellow Rewards Program, Program Partners’ offers for collecting and / or redeeming yellows and unique privileges that result from your transactions and your banking products.
  3. The yellow Offers section, with unique discount offers, as well as yellow only Vouchers, provided by Program Partners and other big brands, in order to redeem your yellows online.
  4. The yellow Rewards Program Partners. For each Partner you can find information about the yellows you can earn, their current yellow offers and their available channels in order to redeem yellows.
