Specifically, from 29/02 till 04/04/2024:

1. Visit one of the cooperating AVIS stations or avis.gr.
   
2. Choose the ideal car* for you and make a car reservation.
3. Make your payment, worth 50€ or more, using a Piraeus Bank credit or debit card participating in the Rewards Program
4. and earn: 
• 20% in yellows for credit card transaction and
• 5% in yellows for debit card transaction.

The offer concerns the rental period till 31/12/2024 (excluding the period 01/08 till 16/08/2024).

With each transaction, you enter the draw where 10 lucky Members will earn a 50€ yellow only Voucher each, to be used in the next booking or transaction at AVIS.

Where does the promo apply?

Exclusively for booking and paying for a car at cooperating AVIS stations and at AVIS.gr.

The promo does not apply to: 

• Foreign rentals
• AVIS Prestige rentals, AVIS Chauffeur, Switch By AVIS, Monthly and short-day Corporate rentals and Select Series reservations
• Professional van rentals
• Long-term Leasings
• Rentals from travel agencies, hotels and travel agents

When is the promo valid?

The promo is valid exclusively for reservations made from 29/02/2024 till 04/04/2024, for the car rental period from 29/02/24 till 31/12/24 (excluding the period 01/08/2024 till 16/08/2024)

Which cards does the promo apply to?

Piraeus Bank credit or debit cards participating in the yellow Rewards Program.

What do you earn?

The profit for every €1 transaction, for reservations worth €50 or more, with a Piraeus Bank credit or debit card that participates in the Rewards Program, corresponds to:

• 100 yellows (20% in yellows) for every €1 transaction, with credit cards participating in the Rewards Program.
• 25 yellows (5% in yellows) for every €1 transaction, with debit cards participating in the Rewards Program.

In addition, through a draw, 10 lucky transactions will earn one (1) yellow only voucher each, worth €50, to be used in the next booking or transaction at AVIS.

Each Member will be able to earn only one yellow only voucher.

The yellow only vouchers can be used in accordance with the terms & conditions written on the coupon, that each lucky winner will receive, and cannot be replaced with another gift.

In case of cancellation of the yellow only vouchers, the Member cannot receive its value in yellows.

Which transactions are included in the draw?

In the promo are included all transactions worth 50€ or more, that will be carried out during the promo period using Piraeus Bank credit or debit cards participating in the Reward Program.

Transactions that have been canceled or disputed by the Member, due to the loss or theft of the card, carried out up to the date of the Member's declaration of the loss or theft and consequently the cancelation of the card, do not participate in the promo.

When will you get the yellows of the promo?

The Member’s account will be credited with yellows within 30 days from the end date of the promo.

When will the draw take place?

The draw will take place on 17/05/2024, at the Bank's offices, 11 Amarousiou Chalandriou & Heimaras str, Marousi, T.K 151 25, using an automated system and specially designed software, which ensures the integrity of the process and the absence of human intervention.

When will the yellow only vouchers be awarded?

The yellow only vouchers will be awarded to the lucky winners within 15 days from the date of the draw.

How will the lucky winners of the draw be notified?

The lucky winners of the draw will be informed about the availability of the yellow only vouchers by:

a) push notification, if they have activated the notifications in the yellow application, and with an in-app message (if they are users of the yellow application)

b) SMS to the phone number they have declared for communication purposes within the Program and

c) any other convenient way chosen by the Bank.

What are the conditions for a member to collect the promo yellows and the yellow only vouchers?

Necessary conditions for a member to collect the promo yellows and the yellow only vouchers are, at the time of the transaction and the reception of the yellows and the yellow only vouchers, the lucky members to:

a) retain the status of an active Member of the Bank's Program, based on the terms of operation of the Program,

b) meet the other conditions for participation in the Program,

The Bank, reserving all its other rights, is entitled to refuse the rewarding of the yellows and/or the yellow only vouchers to a Member that, in its reasonable judgment, has violated the present conditions.

In the event that one of the lucky winners does not use the yellow only voucher, in accordance with its terms, then the Bank is released from any obligation towards the winner.

General Terms

The transaction has to be made within the duration of the promo and the amount must be paid by using a Piraeus Bank credit or debit card participating in the Rewards Program.
Otherwise the Member will collect yellows, in accordance to the applicable Program Terms for purchase transactions in a Program’s Partner using cards of the Bank participating in the Rewards Program, for transactions not made within the duration of the promo.

The maximum monthly number of yellows that a Member may earn by using a Piraeus Bank card participating in the Rewards Program, in accordance with the Program Terms, does not apply to the additional yellows that will be earned during the promo.
Piraeus Bank reserves the right to remove yellows, that will be awarded under the promo, from Members, in case a suspicion of fraudulent use is detected aiming to earn and redeem a large number of yellows.

The participants accept that the personal data that will be legally collected by the Bank in the context of the promo, will be processed exclusively for the purpose of the draw.

With regard to the rights of the subjects of personal data vis-à-vis the Bank as the Controller, the specifics mentioned in the information sheet “Information on General Data Protection Regulation” which is posted on the Bank's website www.piraeusbank.gr apply, and is an integral part of the promo terms.

Members, who do not wish to take part in the draw, can notify the Bank's customer service on 2103288000.

The Bank reserves the right to cancel the draw, to replace yellows and/or yellow only vouchers with other prizes of its choice or to change any condition of the draw at any time, if this is required, at its reasonable discretion and for any reason of emergency.

In any such case, the Bank will publish these changes by any suitable means, including the announcement through printed or electronic media, if this is required, at its reasonable discretion.

In any such case, the participants in the promo do not acquire for this reason any right to compensation, nor do they have any other claim from the Bank.

The above terms are governed by Greek Law.

For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation or application of the above terms, the Courts of Athens are designated as competent to deal with them.

As regards the yellow Application, its terms of use apply, and as regards the Bank's yellow Rewards Program, its terms of operation apply, as they apply from time to time.
